1. Round 1

For vacant seats and upgrades.
3. Mop-Up Round

What is the difference between AIQ and State Quota counseling?
1. All India Quota (AIR)

Being an all-India Quota, it doesn’t require a domicile and students from any state can apply.
2. State Quota

Step 1: Downloading NEET Result and Score
After the announcement of the NEET 2026 result by the national testing agency (NTA), students should:
- Check your (AIR) all India rank and category rank
- Download the scorecard
The scorecard is one of the most important documents throughout the counseling and admission process. Hence, having a soft copy and multiple hard copies is advisable.
Step 2: register for counseling
Register separately for both MCC counseling and State counseling. Once the MCC or State authority releases the schedule that registration should be done on their official portals.

Step 7: Reporting to College
